1. About SharkBet

SharkBet provides sports betting predictions and analysis via a private Telegram channel. We are not a bookmaker, casino, or licensed gambling operator. We do not accept bets or handle wagering on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

3. Subscription

  • Paid subscriptions grant access to the private Telegram channel for 30 days from the date of payment.
  • Access is provided via a single-use Telegram invite link sent to your email address.
  • Subscriptions are non-transferable and may not be shared.
  • We reserve the right to revoke access without refund if these terms are violated.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once channel access has been granted.
  • If you did not receive your invite link, contact us within 24 hours at info@shark-bet.com.

5. No Guarantee of Results

All predictions are for informational and entertainment purposes only. Sports betting carries inherent risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. SharkBet makes no guarantee of profit, accuracy, or winning outcomes. You are solely responsible for any bets you place.

6. Responsible Gambling

Never bet more than you can afford to lose.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share, redistribute, or resell channel content or your invite link.

Violation results in immediate removal from the channel without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content published in the SharkBet channel is the intellectual property of SharkBet and may not be reproduced without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SharkBet is not liable for any financial losses or damages arising from use of our predictions. Your use of this service is at your own risk.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
